I spent 7 years working with Premier League football club, West Ham United, supporting players through the physical demands of training, competition and recovery.
That experience shaped how I work today - with presence, awareness and respect for the mind and body as a whole system.
My approach is calm and unhurried, and each treatment is adapted to my clients' needs, whether that's an athlete striving for optimal performance, or someone needing to slow down, ease tension and feel restored in mind and body.
Alongside private clients, I work with a selection of luxury villas, hotels and conierge partners and retreats across Mallorca.
